Description
This extremely limited edition Plum & Damson Gin is from a short run of bottles released in November 2018. The batch was made using locally foraged fruits from Gloucestershire. The Plum’s & Damson’s were steeped with our Colonial Gin for several months to create the perfect winter drink
The base Gin used was selected for it’s warmth and full bodied flavour.
A balance of both Plums and Damsons on the nose. Depth of flavour from both the fruits complement the citrus and spicy notes of the Gin, finished with the warmth of the Gin.
Best served neat or with either lemonade or tonic to create a lovely long winter drink.
